bout time i made a proper commissions post here on tumblr.  prices are negotiable within reason, and i have the right to deny you if i dont believe your offer is fair.  any inquiries can be sent to akalii@live.ca, or to my deviantart.  PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE POST BEFORE CONTACTING ME!

Potential extra fees:

• Extra characters: $2 each for sketches, chibis, $5 each for everything else.  Max. 2 extra characters.
• Intricate designs: $5
• Complex backgrounds: $5

Things to consider:

• I require at least half of the payment after you approve a sketch.
• I generally prefer to draw males and robots/Transformers, but I am comfortable drawing most things; anything outside of my comfort zone might be a little more difficult but if you really want me to draw something I will absolutely give it my best effort.
• If you follow my art at all you will notice i draw in about 96478649 different styles.  If you want your drawing to look a specific way then feel free to say which of my previous works you want me to emulate, else it will look pretty similar to provided examples
• Regarding NSFW: at this time I don’t feel comfortable drawing sexual content.  This may change in the future! Gore and pretty much everything else is OK (though unfortunately I don’t draw gore/etc. very often so i don’t have any examples)
• Icons come with the 95px image (100px if you specify you don’t want it for Furcadia but simply for a regular icon) and a 400px image to use however you like. 

commission price adjustments imminent

Hey guys.  I’ve been thinking on this for a while now, and I’ve decided I’m going to raise my commission pricing.  As much as I like being able to give people affordable, quality artwork, art is my only income and making only like $20 a month tops is aggravating, to say the least.  I also don’t find it fair that I spend hours on artworks that I’m only getting pocket change for.  

The actual prices haven’t been decided yet, but it’s not going to be slight adjustments either, ie I’m going to be raising full-body, soft shaded drawings from $23 to a $40-50 range.  I’m going to be setting a deadline, until which the prices will remain as they are.  After Wednesday, March 27th, prices will be raised and there will be no negotiations about it.

For anyone wanting to take advantage of lower prices while they’re here, here is my commission information:
Icon/Furcadia Portrait Commissions (unsure if I’m going to be adjusting these, though, would be max. $20 if I do.)

-I can only take payment via PayPal!!
-While I don’t REQUIRE any payment before I start working, I would much prefer at least half the money in advance.
-Please have references ready!! As many as possible would be amazing.  If not a reference, at least a detailed description.
